Break Reminder helps workers create more efficiently and with less burnout

It is a time management method that uses a timer to break down work into intervals of focus and rest.

I know for a fact that spending too much time in work can be terribly harmful for your health.

It would be nice to schedule some breaks, just to stretch your legs, and what not
